I am an “Adult Success through Accelerated Programs” (A.S.A.P) Student attending classes here at Inver Hills Community College. I started back in January 2008, so I am relatively new. Before Inver Hills, the last time that I took a college-level class was back in 1998!

Why Inver?:
The biggest reason that I chose Inver Hills was for the ASAP program. The program caters to adults who have jobs and are working. It is designed so that you can take classes that offered nights and weekends. And then… there are competencies! This allows you to “test out” of certain classes that you may have experience in, given the instructor’s guidelines.
Favorite Campus Spot:
Off Campus Most of the classes that I have taken were taken off campus at the Adult Learning Center in Apple Valley. That is an okay spot, but I prefer Thomson West for any night/weekend classes.
